Please read and thoroughly understand the terms and conditions of this agreement before using Adonai’s services, particularly the clauses marked in bold, such as exemption or limitation clauses. If you do not agree to the terms or any modifications made at any time, you may discontinue using Adonai’s services. By using Adonai’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms of this agreement, including any future modifications, and agree to become a user of Adonai.
I. Scope of Service and Agreement
A. Adonai is the platform owner, service provider, and operator of AIHouse. The term “Adonai platform” refers to the client available on the website (designadonai.com), mobile devices, computers, and other devices. The term “User” refers to an individual, legal entity, or organization (hereinafter referred to as “you”) who has full legal capacity and agrees to all the terms of this agreement, completing the registration process on the Adonai platform or using Adonai services.
B. When you use a specific service on Adonai, there may be separate agreements, business rules, or other terms. These will be published through announcements, notices, electronic documents, website letters, help center documents, or other formats. Once released, they become an integral part of this agreement, and you must comply with them. Your acceptance of any separate agreements or business rules will be considered as your full acceptance of this agreement.
C. After signing this agreement, its content may be updated due to changes in national policies, product features, or service conditions. Any amendments to the agreement will be published on this website. If you disagree with the updated agreement, you must stop logging in or using Adonai services immediately. Continuing to log in or use Adonai services will be considered acceptance of the updated agreement.
II. User Registration and Real-Name Authentication
A. To access Adonai’s platform services, you must register an Adonai account using your email address, as required by Adonai. You can log in via your Adonai account or third-party accounts (such as Facebook, Google, etc.), or you may choose to browse and access certain functions as an anonymous user. Regardless of the login method, you must comply with the platform’s terms and conditions and business rules.
B. You must comply with applicable laws and regulations for real-name authentication. For certain Adonai services, you may be required to provide additional identity information or business qualifications for verification. You will only be able to order and use those services after completing the required identity verification and qualification checks. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that Adonai has the right to verify the accuracy and validity of the information you provide, either directly or through a third-party service.
III. Account Security and Cancellation
A. Account and Password Responsibility
Upon successful registration, Adonai will provide each user with an account and the password set by the user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You will be held legally accountable for all activities and actions carried out under your account.
B. Account Information Protection
You are responsible for securely managing your account details, including the account number, password, verification code, and other sensitive information. User accounts are for the registered user only and cannot be transferred, sold, rented, or shared. If Adonai determines that the account is not registered by the original user, we reserve the right to reclaim the account without notice, and we are not liable for any resulting losses, including service interruptions, data loss, or other damages.

You have the right to terminate your user account. Before doing so, ensure there are no pending tasks under your account. You must also settle any outstanding payments, including principal, interest, penalties, and service fees. After fulfilling these obligations, you may apply to Adonai for account cancellation, which will be processed after approval.
IV. Service Fees and Other Charges
A. Some services provided by Adonai may incur a service fee. Please refer to the service market and the agreement signed by both parties for details. Adonai reserves the right to modify service charges and payment methods as needed. Any changes or new charges will be communicated via the service market or through an agreement prior to implementation.
B. Both parties are responsible for their respective fees incurred during the performance of this agreement, including but not limited to bank service fees or other payment-related costs. Specific charge standards can be found on the relevant pages or third-party websites.
C. If you violate the fee and payment terms outlined by Adonai, you will be held responsible for the consequences as per Adonai’s policies or the written agreement between both parties. In case of delayed payments, you will be liable for a 0.5% daily liquidated damage fee on the overdue amount. Adonai reserves the right to suspend services until full payment is made, with no liability on Adonai’s part.
V. Compliance with Legal Obligations and Guarantees

While using Adonai services, you must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, including the Network Security Law and Regulations on Internet News Information Services. You agree not to use the service for illegal or unethical purposes, including but not limited to the following:

B. You agree to indemnify and hold Adonai harmless from any claims, losses, or legal costs resulting from your violation of this Agreement or related terms. Adonai may take actions, including deleting content, suspending services, terminating accounts, or pursuing legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.
C. You are fully responsible for your actions while using Adonai services. If your behavior leads to legal consequences, you will be held liable, including compensation for any damages or penalties incurred by Adonai as a result of your actions.
VI. Service Provision, Suspension, and Termination

In case of termination for any reason, including but not limited to force majeure, arrears, or user violations, Adonai will retain your data for 60 days after termination. You should migrate and back up your data during this period. After 60 days, all data will be deleted automatically.
C. Liability After Service Suspension or Termination
You agree that suspension, interruption, or termination of services or accounts does not release you from any liabilities incurred during the use of Adonai services. You may still be held accountable for breaches or damages caused during the service period.
VII. Liability Exemption
A. Platform Changes and Updates
Adonai reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or migrate the platform, including adding new functions, modules, and services. Any new services provided will be subject to this agreement unless specified otherwise.
B. Limitations on Liability
Adonai is not liable for delays, inaccuracies, errors, or data transmission issues caused by users or third parties, unless due to gross negligence or malice.
C. Third-Party Responsibility
Adonai is not responsible for services provided by third parties during the use of Adonai services.
D. No Warranty for Transactions or Content
Adonai does not provide warranties for transactions, user information, or platform content. We do not verify or certify the accuracy, reliability, or legality of user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for understanding and assessing the risks involved in any transactions and should make decisions based on their own judgment.
E. Limit of Liability
Adonai’s liability for compensation is limited to the direct actual loss, proven by clear evidence, and cannot exceed the total amount paid for the services or products that caused the loss. Adonai can offer equivalent services as compensation. For services beyond 12 months, compensation is limited to the amount paid for that year. Adonai is not liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential losses, such as loss of business, earnings, profits, or data.
VIII. Privacy Policy
Adonai is committed to safeguarding your personal information. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from accidental or unlawful loss, access, or disclosure. Our Privacy Policy, an integral part of this agreement, holds the same legal value. Please read and understand the terms of the Privacy Policy. In case of any conflict between this agreement and the Privacy Policy, or if the agreement is silent on a matter, the Privacy Policy will take precedence.
IX. Intellectual Property Rights
A. All content on the Adonai platform, including but not limited to images, works, information, materials, layout, and web design, is owned by Adonai or other rights holders. This includes trademark rights, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and more. Without written permission from Adonai or the rights holder, you are prohibited from using, modifying, copying, distributing, or publishing any platform content.
B. Without explicit written consent from Adonai, no part of the Adonai website may be reproduced, copied, sold, or used for commercial purposes.
C. All software used by Adonai, including images, videos, music, text, and other related materials, remains the property of the copyright holder. You are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to access the software’s source code without permission from the copyright owner.
D. The Adonai logo, trademarks like “Adonai,” “designadonai.com,” and related text, graphics, and symbols, are registered trademarks of Adonai in China and other countries. No one may display or use these trademarks without written permission.
E. By posting content on the Adonai platform, you grant Adonai a free, irrevocable, permanent, and transferable non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote your content globally. This includes the right to add watermarks or branding. You retain ownership of your content, but grant others access to use it through the platform.
F. When using content uploaded by other users, you may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not authorized to copy, reproduce, or use such content without permission from Adonai and the original author. Any unauthorized use may result in legal liability.
XI. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
A. This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, including its interpretation, validity, and performance.
B. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiations fail, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for final resolution.
